Thank YOU for purchasing from Equus Unlimited Tack Shop! We strive to provide the finest quality equipment, apparel and accessories for our customers.

If you wish to return an item you have purchased, you must contact the store to acquire a Return Authorization number within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving your RA number you will have 14 additional days to return your item. No returns will be accepted after this 28 day window. All items MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION with ALL TAGS, protective bags & packaging and include corresponding receipts. ALL CLOSEOUT ITEMS are non-returnable and non exchangeable. Shipping Charges are not Refundable.  SADDLE RETURNS: For saddle returns you must notify our store with in the 7 days of receiving the saddle to request a Return Authorization. There is a 5% Mandatory Restocking Fee for Saddles) in which all receipts MUST be accompanied with the product when returned. 

If you need an item Next Day, 2 - 3 Days then please either call us at 1-800-560-1623 or email us equus17@comcast.net to make a request. Otherwise, please allow up to 14 - 21 Business Days to receive your order unless you specify otherwise. Some delays may be in part due to custom fittings, inventory availability and weather conditions.  Shipments are made only on business days. 

CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason you need to CANCEL an Item(s) for your Order. Please notify us by email as quickly as possible.

We ship to the United States UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  We do provide INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING via USPS International for countries outside the United States. 
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS We can NOT accept Undergarments, Personalized items, Closeouts, Bits, Books, Supplements, Shampoo/Grooming Liquids, Custom items or Special Order items for return.

Please use some form of protection when assuring fit. Do not try items directly on your horse. Use plastic, a sheet, or some form of protection so the item will remain clean and undamaged. It is your responsibility to make sure the item size, color, and fit is correct. We are not responsible for damage to the item or injury to the animal if you did not size/fit the item correctly.
